How Can We Help?
How much will my copayment be?
Copayments vary for each insurance plan. I encourage you to either call your insurance company, or call our office, and we would be happy to look into this for you!
What is your new patient procedure?
When you call to schedule an appointment, we will ask for your email so send you the new patient paperwork. If you do not have access to the internet, that's okay as well. We can give you the same paperwork when you check in at your appointment.
I don’t have my insurance card with me, can I still receive treatment?
We will gladly provide treatment. We will simply bill you as a private pay until you are able to bring in your insurance card. Once we have your insurance card, we will then submit your visit to your insurance for reimbursement.
Do you offer any Mental Health Services?
Currently, we are collaborating with Elizabeth Hilderbrand with "Finding Grace in Grief" for zoom appointments. We are also looking to hire an in office PMHNP or therapist. Our goal in the clinic is to treat the whole person and not just your medical needs. Stay tuned!
